How to submit a complaint as an Architect or Auxiliary Professional?
When Architects or Auxiliary Professionals breaches aspects of the Code of Ethics, CPNAA is summoned to open an investigation.
The investigations begin based on complaints, claims or a document describing the situation/breach. Any person can submit the previous, to CPNAA.
To bring forward the information relevant to a complaint, acting as a registered Architect and/or Auxiliary Professional, he/she must visit the main CPNAA building located at Carrera 6 No. 26 B – 85 Piso Segundo (Second Floor) in Bogotá D.C. and state the facts verbally. The same could be sent via written letter, fax, or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, where all and any aspects of the complaint are explained, with their corresponding evidence.
