A

Administrative Act: Declaration document of a public administrator, which can create and execute general requirement, obligation, faculties or judicial situations.

Administrative Gesture: Regulates the government commitments, public contracts and rights, stated by law. 

ANI Database: National Identification Archive of “Fondo Rotatorio de la Registraduria Nacional del Estado Civil”, that allows data consultation of the applicant.

Alleged Involved: Architect or Auxiliary of whom his ethic behavior is under question or investigation, based on the Code of Ethics contemplated by Law 435 of 1998.

AUTO: Judicial resolution that regulates secondary matters that do not require sentencing. The previous in conjunction with updates to judicial procedures.

Corrective Action: Action taken towards a wrongdoing. The definition is Spanish has been taken from “Norma Técnica Colombiana NTC-ISO9000:2000, Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas y Certificación (ICONTEC) 2000/12/15”

Closure of Evidence Collection: Solemn act in which the evidence collection period is suspended, in which 10 days of grace period are given to present opinions.

Data Card: Application used for the design and printing of the various enrollments.

Deliberation and Decision Chamber: Committee conformed by members of CPNAA

Enforcer: Solemn public document where a sentence has been placed and/or firm decision has been taken.

Evidence Collection: Demonstration or justification of the alleged charges. This is a phase or period that allows for research and verification of wrongdoings.

National Architect and Auxiliaries Registry: Registry system that contains all data pertaining to the registered Architects and Auxiliaries.

Notification: The mode or channel in which a decision is communicated by CPNAA and in turn, based on the information, the ability to counter said decision or follow through with it. 

Non-accordance: The breach or unsatisfactory resolution of a contract or requisite. The definition is Spanish has been taken from “Norma Técnica Colombiana NTC-ISO9000:2000, Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas y Certificación (ICONTEC) 2000/12/15”

Non-accordance of a product/service: A product or service that does not meet the best practices, standards and requisites defined by all parties involved. The definition is Spanish has been taken from “Norma Técnica Colombiana NTC-ISO9000:2000, Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas y Certificación (ICONTEC) 2000/12/15”

P

Professional Enrollment: Administrative act which allows the registration of the Professional License.

Professional Registration Certificate: Administrative act which allows the expedition of the professional auxiliary enrollment.

Professional License: Document that represents the professional enrollment of the architect.

R

Resource: Impugnment of an agreement or resolution in which it could be considered to be compromised and further given an amendment of modification.

Resolution: Administrative act in which the Deliberation and Decision Chamber approves and orders the expedition of professional enrollments, national architect and auxiliaries registries, temporary special licenses and pertaining corrections, modifications and updates, whenever it is called for it.

Services web application of CPNAA: This application stores information pertaining the digital professional validity certificate, professional enrollment and the professional registration certificate and/or duplicate.

T

Temporary Special License: Document that enables architects to engage in work or intend to engage in work in Colombia under the policies explained in Law 435 of 1998.
