PQRD Module

The citizens can post their, complaints, claims, suggestions and petitions to CPNAA based on the legal and valid administrative norms posted on www.cpnaa.gov.co . The users and/or clients could exercise their rights, and post complaints, claims, suggestions and petitions, as well as congratulatory notes regarding any medium or service that pertains to CPNAA.

IMPORTANT:If you decide to post a complaint, claim, suggestion and petition via this module, based on services and products provided by CPNAA, please keep in mind the following:

PETITION

Request for the entity to intervene directly on a particular matter

Requirements to post a PETITION
The petition must contain at least the following: Name and Last Name of the applicant or representative or proxy, and ID number.
Address and phone number.
Subject of the petition.
The reason it is based on.

COMPLAINT

A complaint is a medium in which a person can post an irregular conduct, wrongdoing or negative behavior by affiliates of CPNAA, while exercising their functions.

Requirements to post a COMPLAINT
The petition must contain at least the following: Name and Last Name of the applicant or representative or proxy, and ID number.
Address and phone number.
Clear description of the alleged irregularities, accompanied by their supporting proofs and/or evidence.

Any complaint that is not concise, lacks evidence, and is irrelevant will not be processed. The entity will not process any complaint that is submitted as anonymous, except when the case calls for it.

CLAIM

A claim is the manifestation of a deficiency caused by the entity, as well as irregularities or breach of any service provided by CPNAA.

The petition must contain at least the following: Name and Last Name of the applicant or representative or proxy, and ID number.
Address and phone number.
Clear description of the alleged irregularities, accompanied by their supporting proofs and/or evidence.

SUGGESTION

A suggestion is an advice that a citizen offers to CPNAA to improve or update one or more of their processes, services and/or products.
